GENERAL
Builders Bazar is a B2B procurement platform connecting Construction Contractors with Material Vendors. We streamline the entire process from RFQ to Delivery, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Contractors: Yes, registration and basic usage are free. Premium features (like AI Analytics) may require a subscription.
Vendors: Yes, you can register and view leads for free. A small platform fee or subscription may apply for confirmed orders depending on your plan.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your registered email, and we will send you a secure reset link.
FOR CONTRACTORS
Yes. We use Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):
- Project Managers see only their assigned projects.
- Store Incharges see only inventory/GRN modules.
- Purchase Managers can be restricted from approving high-value bids without Owner authorization.
Our system aggregates anonymous data from thousands of transactions to show you the "Market Average" price for materials in your region. This helps you know if you are paying a fair price.
- Mark the GRN (Goods Received Note) as "Rejected" or "Partial Acceptance".
- Upload photos of the defect.
- Rate the vendor poorly. This affects their Vendor Score and warns other contractors.

FOR VENDORS
You only see RFQs that match the Categories you selected during registration. Go to your Profile settings to add more categories if you deal in them.
Yes, but with conditions:
- You can edit your quote anytime before the contractor accepts it.
- Once a contractor opens a negotiation chat, you can revise the offer directly in the chat.
- Once a bid is Accepted, the price is locked and cannot be changed.
Your score is calculated based on:
- Price Competitiveness: Being L1/L2 frequently.
- Delivery Speed: Marking orders as "Delivered" on time.
- Responsiveness: Replying to chats quickly.
- Quality: Positive ratings from contractors.
PAYMENTS & BILLING
Currently, Builders Bazar facilitates the Deal Closure (PO Generation). Actual payments are made directly between the Contractor and Vendor according to your agreed terms (e.g., Advance, 30 Days Credit). We do not hold funds.
Go to Settings > Billing to download GST-compliant invoices for your Builders Bazar subscription fees.
TRUST & SECURITY
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption. Your bid data is confidential; other vendors cannot see your quoted prices. Contractors cannot see your internal data.
All Contractor accounts are verified via GSTIN and mobile OTP. We also monitor IP addresses and usage patterns to block spam.
